Are there any weight restrictions for any of the excursions?
  • ATVs up to 230lbs
  • Bamboo river rafting maximum of 550lbs (2 person per raft)

How many guests can your company accommodate?

We accommodate solo travelers, couples, families, and large groups. If you have a group of more than 10, let us know in advance so we can arrange the best experience for you.

Can the tour guide take us shopping, to restaurants, or nightclubs?

Yes! Our private tour guides can take you shopping, to local restaurants, and even nightlife spots. Just let us know in advance to customize your experience.

Can I hire a tour guide for the entire day?

Absolutely! We offer full-day private tour services tailored to your schedule and interests.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, Debit cards & Zelle.  

Can I book a tour once I arrive in Jamaica?

Yes, you can, but we highly recommend booking in advance atleast 1 week before to secure availability, especially during peak travel seasons.

Is there a special rate for groups of 5 or more?

Yes! We offer discounted group rates for parties of 5 or more.Fill up the Custom Experience Form to get a Quote

Deposits and Final Payment

All tours require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due the day before your tour.

Once I’ve booked an excursion, can I add more tours?

Yes! You can modify your booking to include additional excursions based on availability.

What is your cancellation policy?
  • Any cancellations made at least forty-eight (48) hours or more shall not attract a cancellation fee.
  • Any cancellation made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tour time, will attract fifty percent (50%) penalty.
  • Any cancellation made within twenty-four (24) hours or on the said day of the excursion will attract a one hundred percent (100%) penalty.
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Company and received by Ray Dream Tours within the timeframes outlined above to be eligible for a refund.
